Our sourdough pizzas are meticulously made in a modern Neapolitan style. We handcraft our dough using only flour, salt, and water. No sugar, oil, dairy, or commercial yeast is used.
Our custom blend of organic whole grains and finely milled organic flour is naturally leavened. The result is a dough that is light, tender, beautifully flavored, and easier to digest.
